Healthier for the Holidays!

We’re starting a 90 day challenge to get the truly committed people through the season of parties, indulging and unhealthy food WITHOUT GAINING WEIGHT!  Commit to eating right, exercising daily, checking in with a small group of equally committed people daily, supporting everyone involved and getting HEALTHIER FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

Did you know that on average, people gain 8 pounds between Halloween and New Years?!?!?  Yuck!  Who wants to start out the year heavier, more depressed and feeling terrible?

How about starting the year off with a resolution OTHER than LOSING WEIGHT? (Because you’ll have that goal nailed by then!!)

Commit with 4 other people to stick to eating right, exercising daily and supporting the group and you’ll be blown away by your results in 90 days!  You pick the program, we’ll help with your diet!

These 90 days will pass whether you commit or not; why look back and wish you committed?  Join us!  Your team of 5 can be you and 4 friends/family members or we can put you in a group with others who have committed.  We’ll be here EVERY step of the way to cheer you on and answer your questions, working out and eating right too!

I Challenge You!

insanity guy I Challenge You!Insanity female I Challenge You!I have run fitness/weight loss challenges in the past and they have all been AWESOME, however, I feel that, in some ways, because of the large number of participant and varying terms of the challenges, people have been slipping through the cracks… It’s been a little TOO EASY for people to go back to their old ways and go unnoticed… and as a coach, THAT KILLS ME! I want to see everyone’s life CHANGE… not just physically, but I want to see an increase in confidence, I want to see you start to believe in yourself again… and I want to see you become STRONGER in every way possible!

SO, I have decided to run a NEW kind of challenge . . . with only 5 members, STARTING ON THE SAME DAY.  We will ALL BE REPLACING ONE MEAL A DAY WITH SHAKEOLOGY (& yes, if you do not have Shakeology, that does mean you would have to be willing to invest in it, because if I am going to invest my time in working with you one on one… I need to know that you are willing to invest in yourself!).

Because each member will have a different starting weight and goals, we will also be using the Beachbody Club membership to customize a meal plan specific to YOUR goals to get you the BEST possible results! AND as a CLUB member you will actually SAVE 10% on ALL of your Beachbody purchases!!!

 

Here is how it will all work:

  • Let me know you want to be a part of this ELITE team of 5 and tell me about your goals.  I’ll help you determine which program will best suit your food I Challenge You!goals and desires.
  • If you have not already, you will need to officially sign up to have me as your coach and registering to join the Team Beachbody Club.
  • Select a fitness program of YOUR choice from Team Beachbody that you can commit to using EVERYDAY from the PRIVACY of your OWN HOME!  Tell me which program you’ve chosen.
  • Order the fitness program and Shakeology (ask me for the info on how to get the best deal).
  • Check in EVERYDAY, without exception to post your progress and support the team (participants will be given instructions on how to check in).

I will be giving all 5 participants my cell phone number for anytime support via text or phone call and you BETTER BELIEVE I kspy I Challenge You!will be calling YOU if you don’t hear from you in the daily check ins!

This IS a commitment… ON MY PART and YOURS… This is why the people selected NEED TO BE READY to SERIOUSLY change their lives!  You will be SERIOUSLY changed at the end of this challenge if you COMMIT to the plan!
